The Franklin County Public Works Department has for the most part done away with manual paperwork in favor of computer tablets. During the regular County Commission meeting, County Administrator Derek Brown and Public Works Director David Lee discussed the mater of saving time.
Franklin County is in the midst of updating the computer system with more modern systems.
