The focus of the storm has been on Ottawa, but other smaller communities in the county also experienced damage and power outages; however, gradually with each passing day the area is returning to a more normal state of things after the damaging storm last Sunday night-early Monday morning. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee, says his crew got moving right away Sunday night:
First responders report very few injuries from the storm…….in fact one official called it a minor miracle.
