
The 37th Annual Dare Cam wrapped up Saturday, August 5th, with just under 100 campers completing the camp. The campers got to participate in a multitude of activities, including wall climbing,air rifle, archery, kayaking and more, along with learning how to avoid getting involved in drugs and alcohol as they grow older. One counselor at the camp, McKenna Hadle, has been a counselor at the camp for 15 years. She talks about what keeps her coming back:

The annual camp comes at no charge for the campers, who are all incoming 6th graders at Franklin County Schools. One of the major fund raisers for the camp is Bo’s Hog Wild Brewfest and BBQ which is coming up on August 26th. Tickets are on sale on the Bo’s Hog Wild Facebook page.
