Good news for Wellsville taxpayers…….the city will not exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate. During the Wellsville City Council Meeting CPA Greg Neis, said there are several things that account for the tax stability.
Most towns and counties are expected to exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate in their new budgets.
