Kansas Housing has released their awards for the second round of 2023 program awards and a project in Ottawa was selected. Legacy Lofts, by Premium Properties received a $400,000 Moderate Housing Income Grant from the state to construct a multi unit housing project in the downtown area. City Manager Bryan Silcott:
The proposed project would be located directly across from Legacy Square on Walnut Street. The building will offer apartments, office space and retail opportunities on the street level. You can see a drawing of what the building may look like on KOFO’s facebook page.
