There are at least a few members of the Franklin County Commission who have some serious questions about some policies of AdventHealth Ottawa. During a recent commission meeting with hospital officials, Commissioner Colt Waymire told about a recent patient turned away from the hospital apparently because they didn’t meet certain financial requirements:
