The subject of charity care at AdventHealth Ottawa came up for discussion during the Franklin County Commission Meeting. AdventHealth Ottawa CEO, Dallas Purkeypile was giving a report to commissioners about how local sales tax money is being used. County Administrator, Derek Brown had a question for Purkeypile:
