The Franklin County Commission has approved a change in zoning regulations that govern accessory dwellings at private homes. Planning and Zoning Director, Pat Toth, says it will be a big help to families:
The old regulations did not allow an accessory dwelling and Toth says he has received a lot of requests for the change.
