The SMithsonian Institute Exhibit at the Old Depot Museum in Ottawa is starting to draw the attention of schools around the area. Ottawa High School staff got a briefing on the exhibit from Historical Society staff and will take specific students to the exhibit soon. OHS Principal Kelly Whitaker:
More schools are expected to follow suit this month. The “Voices and Votes” exhibit is on display through October 1st. Ottawa is one of only 6 cities in the state to receive the exhibit.
