The Wellsville City Council has approved establishing a Community Improvement District Sales Tax, also known as a CID, and a development agreement for the area of K-33 and Bert’s Truck Stop. Financial Advisor Tyler Ellsworth explained some details to the City Council.
The city of Wellsville has seen rapid growth in the last few years, and the CID District is part of the town’s development.
