The Ottawa City Commission has approved the expansion of Sunday hours at which liquor stores can be open. City Attorney, Blaine Finch says it really is a matter of falling in line with everyone else:
The measure passed by a 3 to 1 margin. Commissioners Mike Skidmore voted no and Emily Graves abstained.
