Yesterday afternoon, October 8th, just before 2:00, the Osage County Sheriff’s office received a 911 call reporting a rollover accident in the 3200 block of South Shawnee Heights Road, near Melvern. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 2020 Ram 1500 pickup had been travelling southbound on Shawnee Heights Road when the driver lost control and left the roadway to the west, rolling the vehicle.
The driver and only occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim’s name will be withheld until family notifications have been made.
