Legacy Square is slated to expand, from its present location to include Ottawa Downtown and Main Street. During a presentation to the Ottawa City Commission, Financial Advisor, Ryan Henningsen, gave some cost estimates:
The City of Ottawa is considering a request to donate $475,000 toward the project. That request was tabled to give them time to go over sources of donation. It’s expected to be taken up at the Study Session Monday,, October 23rd.
