The Ottawa City Commission has approved accepting the Final Plat and all easements of right-of-ways in connection with the Victory Plaza Auto Dealership project in South Ottawa. City Manager, Brian Silcott said part of the property required special consideration:
The project has suffered various delays, including turnover in the former Community Development Department, which caused some hiccups in the process of development.
