A recent fundraiser for Prairie Paws Animal Shelter yielded great results. Prairie Paws Executive Director, Vanessa Cowie, updated the Ottawa City Commission:
Cowie says local people have probably donated all the money they can, so Manhattan provides a more densely populated area to support shelter activities.
