The possibility of the city of Ottawa making a donation amounting to almost half a million dollars to the expansion of Legacy Square came up for discussion again at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session. At one point, former ECKAN Director, Richard Jackson, who was watching the proceedings, wanted to make a point about tax dollars:
The Commission postponed until next week’s Study Session possibly making a decision on the donation.
