The Ottawa City Commission has made it a done deal. The acquisition of property for the expansion of Legacy Square to Main Street and downtown Ottawa. City Attorney Blaine Finch described the memorandum of understanding to acquire the property.
The City donated $475,000 to help expand Legacy Square. The money comes from Federal ARPA funds provided under the Covid 19 Relief Programs.
