A proposed housing project at 1426 East Wilson appears to have cleared a big hurdle when the Ottawa City Commission approved a rezone and conditional use permit for the project. Ottawa Planner Zack Martin described the purpose of rezoning the property.
The developer plans to construct 40 single-family dwellings for seniors 55 and older.
