The Ottawa City Commission has narrowly approved a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of property for the expansion of Legacy Square. Commissioner Mike Skidmore said it is appropriate that the City be owner of the facility.
The Commission approved the acquisition on a three to two vote………..Commissioners Emily Graves and Zach Clayton were the no votes.
