The first moves toward a solar farm in Franklin County may be in the works. Franklin County Planning and Zoning Director Pat Toth told the Franklin County Planning Commission about the project.
The project would have to be recommended by the Planning Commission and ultimately approved by the Franklin County Commission before it could begin operation.
