You’ve probably had your share of turkey for a while and a lot of people are probably sitting around today wondering, what the heck am i going to do with all this leftover turkey. By now, it needs to be frozen. Freezing the meat can get you ready for some yummy wintertime meals, like turkey and noodles, turkey casserole, turkey pot pies, soups or any other favorite dish.
One question, how do you make leftover turkey moist? No one wants dry bland meat. The best way is to put it into one of those recipes because it allows the moisture to be absorbed. However, if you just want some good old turkey and potatoes this winter, and don’t want to cook a whole bird. Seal it in an airtight container before freezing it and then add a tablespoon or two of water before reheating it in the microwave. Bon appetit!
