The Wellsville City Council has a lot of thinking to do as the result of a topic brought up by City Building and Codes Inspector, Isaac Mallory. Mallory says it’s time for a software upgrade:
Mallory says the cost of some upgrades can reach $80,000, but expects the project for Wellsville would be quite a bit less than that.
