January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month and the Franklin County Commission has approved a Proclamation in recognition of the event. Zoe Barlow of the Willow Domestic Violence Center talked about the problem of trafficking:
Law enforcement officials say people of all ages………including children……….can be victims of human trafficking.
