The Ottawa Planning Commission has given early approval to a project that would establish a Kansas State Bank branch at 2103 South Princeton Street. Bank President Roger Maxwell says the branch would better serve businesses in south Ottawa.
The Ottawa Planning Commission approved what is called a Minor Plat for the project. More planning is still required to bring the project to fruition.
