Governor Laura Kelly delivered the annual State of the State Address last night, January 10th, outlining several goals for the upcoming year. She spent a lot of her time on taxes, particularly the Republican proposed Flat Tax, and touted her own plan:
Many legislators, both Republicans and Democrats say that tax relief is the number one concern from their constituents, and they will puch for that relief, particularly in regard to property taxes.
