At the end of each Ottawa City Commission meeting, each commissioner is usually asked if they want to talk about something on their mind. More often than not, most commissioners don’t have much to say………but at the first regular Commission Meeting of the year, Commissioner Sara Caylor wanted to do a shout out to a dedicated meter reader:
The employee she was speaking of is Janet Stewart, who has been with the City for quite some time. Today is also her birthday. Happy Birthday Janet, from the KOFO Studio and many others. Thank you for being so kind, considerate and friendly.
