The Franklin County Public Works Department continues to struggle with equipment problems as it tries to keep roads clear from the snow and ice. Public Works Director David Lee says most of the main snow plows are in service.
Lee says adding the smaller vehicles with plows has really helped keeping a full effort going to clear the roads and highways.
