The Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce’s annual Dinner and Award Ceremony was held recently. Osawatomie Volunteer Fire Department Chief Brian Love and Osawatomie Director of Utilities, Terry Upshaw were named Citizens of the Year for 2023. KOFO’s Jeff Brewer with more:
The dinner was the first to be organized by new Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jennifer Williams, who started her new position in October.
