The 2024 chip seal program has been presented to the Franklin county Commission………Public Works Director David Lee gave commissioners some details:
Lee says the rest of Old 50 can undergo a variety of improvements which would make more sense than including it in the chip and seal program. The Commission approved soliciting bids for the program as stated by Lee.
