A Franklin County man has been arrested and charged with murder related to the death of his newborn son. KOFO’s Jeff Brewer with details:
That baby was identified as one month old Waylon Marnell. Formal charges are pending with the Franklin County Attorney’s office. This makes the fourth murder case in Franklin County in the last year and a half.
