When driving around Ottawa or around the county, you may see something that could be a bit unsettling….but don’t worry, they’re all on the up and up. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards explained the situation to the County Commission:
Richards says the Traffic Observers will wear vests and will be observing child safety seat compliance from now until about mid May. In June and July the observers will observe adult safety belt use.
