Two landowners who might be affected by a proposed industrial solar farm in Franklin County showed up at the County Commission meeting to give their support of the project. John Wray, of rural Ottawa, says in one sense, the project is just another aspect of farming:
The project is being proposed by Orion Renewable Energy Group and a formal application is expected to be filed with the county in the near future.
