Those who have waited so long for the rehabilitation of Old 50 Highway are just about to get their dream come true…at least part of it. Franklin County Public Works Director David Lee gave the update to the County Commission:
County officials say the savings in project costs may allow money to be applied toward other worthy priorities. Work on the first phase of the project is expected to wrap up late this year.
