Franklin County Commissioner Ianne Dickinson is quite irritated about some taxes the state of Kansas has been collecting and is supposedly going to return to counties and cities. Dickinson made her comments at the end of the regular commission meeting:
Dickinson says there are other taxes that have not been returned to local government entities, and all together it would total around $3.5 billion.
