The Prairie Paws Animal Shelter is definitely doing a brisk business. Prairie Paws Director Vanessa Cowie told the Ottawa City Commission about the activities:
Cowie says she has tremendous help from volunteers, and there’s no way Prairie Paws could operate without them.
In other news, the City Commission made a number of appointments to several different advisory boards.
