The number of emergency calls to the Franklin County Emergency Medical Services Department seem to be picking up compared to last year. Emergency Medical Services Director Christi Hilliker told the Franklin County Commission about some developments from the first quarter of this year:
Hilliker says there is no rhyme or reason on what day of the week gets the most calls; for a while it may be a Friday, then it may change to Mondays.
