Like it or not, fraud and scams are a big part of our life. It’s estimated that over half of the population has been affected in some way by criminals trying to steal our money. At the ‘Combating Fraud’ conference in Ottawa recently, the Director of the Compliance Enforcement and Anti Fraud with the Kansas Insurance Commission, John Ikehorn talked about how a ponzi scheme grows out of control:
