Kansas Attorney Chris Kobach has joined many other states in filing suit against the Biden Administration and their attempt to forgive 100’s of billions of dollars in student loans. Koback says the program is unfair and illegal:
Biden’s original plan was struck down by the United States Supreme Court, but, the Administration developed a new program and continued to cancel debt. Kobach says the repayment falls on the backs of hard working American taxpayers. The Attorneys General have asked the Supreme Court to accelerate the suit and make a decision soon.
