The Ottawa water rates are probably going up again in the future. That much seems clear after some audit results presented to the Ottawa City Commission. Mayor Mike Skidmore took note of some rather dismal figures:
Overall, the city of Ottawa audit was a good one with no major financial problems found by auditors.
