Kansas Attorney General Chris Kobach is suing the Biden Administration over changes in the Title 9 rule that replaces sex, with gender identity, that Kobach says will destroy women’s sports. He argues that the change is dangerous to females, expressing concern that girls could be forced to share locker room, hotel rooms or even showers with biological males. He spoke yesterday over the controversial nationwide debate over trans athletes:
He added that school districts could lose federal funding and the policy goes against federal law. Attorney’s General from several other states joined Kobach in filing the lawsuit.
