The Ottawa City Commission is reviewing various proposed budgets for city departments in preparation for the next fiscal year. During the regular City Commission meeting, Ottawa Finance Director Melanie Landis described the wastewater collection system.
Landis says the system has undergone periodic upgrades to make sure the wastewater system is operating up to expected standards.
