What does 8,000 plastic ducks look like racing down skunk run at break beak speed in a torrent of water look like? You can find out tomorrow, June 1st, at the Optimist Annual Duck Run at City Park. Optimist Richard Jackson tells us more about it:
All kinds of prizes will be awarded, including big prizes for the top three ducks in the race, with many more activities going on in the park, starting at 9:00 in the morning, including a build your own boat contest. Tickets are only a dollar and will be sold right up till race time. The boats race at 11:45, the ducks quack off at high noon.
