A 36-year old Wichita woman is dead after a 2-vehicle crash on 169 Highway, south of Osawatomie yesterday morning, June 21st. The call was received just before 11:30, between Crescent Hill Road and Bethel Church Road in rural Miami county. Natalie Dawn Lober O’Leary of Wichita was northbound in a passenger car when she attempted to pass a vehicle and a tractor trailer and struck a passenger car head on, that was heading southbound. Lober-O’leary was pronounced dead at the scene. Landess and her passenger, 83-year old Richard Landess, also of Rantoul, were both transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 169 Highway was closed for several hours while law enforcement worked the scene
