The Ottawa Library reviewed policies on patron conduct during the regular Board of Trustees meeting. At one point Board Trustee James Deane asked Library Director Terri Chartier for clarification on one prohibition of barking dogs:
Only service animals trained to help a disabled person perform certain tasks is allowed in most public spaces.
