The Ottawa Utility Department Director is calling it quits after retiring. During a brief ceremony at the City Commission Meeting, Dan Riney gave a few brief remarks:
He gave credit to what he called phenomenal staff members who give their all everyday to make sure all utilities are running properly. Riney has been with the city since 2015.
