The Ottawa City Commission seems somewhat unhappy with the way their commission chambers are set up, and they want to see some changes. Commissioner Sara Caylor says the way things are, it’s hard to have a normal conversation.
City Manager Brian Silcott says any design changes will be brought for the commission’s approval before anything is finalized.
