The preliminary hearing of one of the suspects arrested in the murder of an Ottawa man in Princeton last July was held yesterday. After a full day of witness testimony and evidence presented by the prosecution, it was determined that enough evidence existed to formally charge 41-year-old Timothy Corn with the murder of 44-year-old Nathan Boggs of Ottawa. Boggs was found last July suffering from gunshot wounds just west of Princeton on John Brown Road. He died on the scene. Also arrested and charged with first degree murder in the case is 33-year-old Jessica Smith of Ottawa. She is scheduled to be in court August 12th for a status conference. A formal arraignment for Corn on the charge of first degree murder and felony interference with law enforcement will be held August 15th in Franklin County District Court.
