Parts of Ottawa experiences some blackouts yesterday. During the regular Ottawa City Commission Meeting, Commissioner Eric Crowley and City Manager Brian Silcott discussed the blackout in Circuit 10.
Silcott says they’re looking at procedures to try and avoid similar problems.
