The Franklin County Planning Commission has recommended a change to zoning regulations so that mobile home parks would have to have a FEMA rated storm shelter;however, Commission member Scott Hornbuckle, who voted against the change, says the chances of a disaster are remote:
The matter goes to the County Commission, which has final say in the matter.
