In case you’re hanging around the old Franklin County Courthouse in Downtown Ottawa, you might mosey up to the courtroom on the second floor. Maintenance Director Brandon Sands told the County Commission that the Courtroom has been tidied up:
Sands also says an elevator at the jail is due for repair starting soon. It is estimated that the repairs in the long run will save the county about $200,000.
